This policy applies to all content posted on our website and services. We take claims of copyright infringement seriously and will respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

Filing a DMCA Notice (Notice of Alleged Infringement)

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the information requested below. 2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Roasted Chicken to locate the material (e.g., URL or specific location on our website).
  3. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  4. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full name).
